1. Acceptance
By accessing Comfyarts, you agree to these Terms. We may modify them at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
2. Age Restriction
You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service. By signing in, you confirm you are an adult.
3. AI-Generated Content
All AI-generated content is produced at your direction. You are solely responsible for prompts submitted. You may not generate content depicting minors, real identifiable individuals without consent, or content that violates any law.
4. Credits & Payments
Credits are a non-refundable digital currency. They do not expire and have no cash value. New users receive 100 complimentary credits upon first sign-in (one time only). Payments are processed securely via PayPal. Chargebacks initiated without prior support contact will result in immediate account termination.
5. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of prompts you submit. The Comfyarts platform, design, code, and branding are proprietary and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
6. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is." Comfyarts is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages. Maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the preceding 30 days.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable laws. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.

Privacy Policy
Effective: February 25, 2026
1. Data Collected
When you sign in with Google, we collect your name, email address, and profile picture. We store your credit balance and transaction history.
2. How We Use It
To authenticate you, manage your credit balance, process payments via PayPal, provide AI generation services, and prevent fraud and abuse.
3. Google Sign-In
We use Google Identity Services for authentication. We only access your basic profile (name, email, picture). We do not access your Gmail, contacts, or any other Google services.
4. PayPal Payments
All payments are processed by PayPal. We do not store your payment card details. We receive only a payment confirmation to credit your account.
5. Data Security
Your data is stored on secured servers. Credit logs are retained for 12 months. You may request account deletion at privacy@comfyarts.com.
6. No Advertising
Comfyarts does not sell your data to third parties or display advertising.
